As you guys know, besides the usual tech news and reviews, we get to be a part of big events that these companies are part of as well. This past weekend, was NBA AllStar weekend. There’s a bunch of events and tied in with fashion, sports, and tech. Thanks to Verizon Wireless and Revolt TV I was able to attend at least one fab party; their “Above the Rim” concert.
Who was at “Above the Rim”?
The star-studded event was a mix of many celebrities, including Questlove, Raekwon the Chef, Bridget Kelly, Elle Varner, Angela Yee (Breakfast Club), Jordin Sparks, Timothy Bloom.
We got treated to live performances from many of these artists and had a great time. Fans from old school music and new school enjoyed classics like C.R.E.AM. (check out a snippet below).

Verizon Wireless is celebrating Black History Month with their “#PotentialOfUs” campaign. They highlight tech in diverse communities.
