We’ve been waiting and now it’s official; the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge are here. Both phones were officially announced today at Mobile World Congress. Of course here are the specs and the changes we’ve noticed.

The major changes coming to the Galaxy line is the embedded battery and lack of expansion slot. The Galaxy S6 is not water-resistant like the S5. The phone has Gorilla Glass 4 on both the front and the back. You no longer have to swipe down the home button to unlock your phone, the fingerprint scanner just scans your fingerprint.
I’d like to test out the “Quick Launch” feature that launches the camera with a double click of the home button. I am happy to see the wireless charging feature.

The Galaxy S6 Edge is very similar to the Galaxy S6. It has a bigger battery and a curved display on both sides of the phone. I’d like to see the benefit of having a dual edge screen.
