Plenty of CS:GO coming up over the next week or so, in the run up to christmas and if like me you’re furloughed from work, it’s going to be nice to be able to sit and just take it all in. Maybe make a little cash on the side with a couple bets, sportsbetting.ag [Full review] has odds for CS:GO all the time so it’s worth checking out if you want to spice things up a little bit! Time to get into the meat and potatoes of each event for you.

IEM Global Challenge 2020

This one is a big one! $500,000 on the line, featuring 8 of the best teams in EU fighting it out for bragging rights. The teams competing are, Heroic, FURIA Esports, Team Vitality, Astralis, Complexity, Team Liquid, Natus Vincere and BIG. Vitality are currently playing in the BLAST Premier Fall Finals and playing really well so they’re on team to keep your eyes on in this tournament, Heroic will be looking to bounce back after a run of poor finishes after starting November with a nice win in the DreamHack Open Fall 2020 tournament. NaVi and Astralis will also be looking to pick up the pace a little bit after both falling short in the BLAST Premier Fall Finals. So it’s going to be a crazy one that’s for sure!

DreamHack Showdown Winter 2020 NA

This little tournament for the female scene has a nice little $20,000 prize pool to split between just 4 teams. Good chance for someone to earn a decent pay packet just in time for christmas right? The teams taking part are, Dignitas Female, CLG Red, Violent Roses and Cyberstorm Blue. All eyes will be on Dignitas Female and CLG Red, anything but victory for either of these teams will feel like a wasted opportunity and I’m fully expecting these to meet in the grand finals.

DreamHack Showdown Winter 2020 EU

Another little tournament $30,000 prize pool to split between 6 teams this time. Again, just in time for the holidays! The teams taking part are, Arcane Wave, Galaxy Racer Female, XSet, NOFEAR5, pride, PROJECT:C. For me, I can’t look past Galaxy Racer Female and I feel like they’ll be taking home the bacon here. I’m looking out for a XSET Vs. Galaxy Racer Female final for this one!

ESEA MDL Season 35 Europe Relegation

Time to look at league play! The Premier has already finished, however, it’s time for relegation, all teams here will be fighting for their lives for the next season so it’s sure to make for some spicy gameplay. This one is a 12 team double elimination bracket, every game being best of 3s. There are far too many teams to name here but if you’re wondering who to watch, I’ve got my eyes on AVEZ and FATE Esports who both fell just short of being invited to season 36 at the first time of asking. But when your chance at the big league is on the line, that’s when you tend to get the most entertaining gameplay here and it’ll be great to see if either of these teams can do it when the crunch is on!

Gamers Club Masters VI

Moving over to South America now, Brazil to be precise. We’ve got an 8 team tournament with a group play format leading into a single elimination, best of 3 bracket. The money? THE MONEY! R$60,000 is on the line here which roughly equates to $12,000. Coming off their recent CLUTCH Season 3 victory, RED Canids will be looking to keep marching on and take this W, however it’ll be worth keeping your eyes on the runners up who will be seeking revenge, Sharks Esports. Either way, we all know how much South Americans love CS:GO so you KNOW this is going to be entertaining!
