New accessories, including Surface 3 Type Cover, Surface Pen, Surface 3 Docking Station and Surface 3 Screen Protector are also available for customizing your Surface 3 exactly the way you want.
For a limited time, Microsoft is offering Surface fans a chance to upgrade. In Canada, United States and Puerto Rico, you can trade in a working Surface RT and Surface 2, and get up to $150 toward a Surface 3. The Surface 3 will cost you either $499 or $599 depending on the model you choose.
- The $499 model is 2GB RAM / 64GB Storage / WiFi
- The $599 model is 4GB RAM / 128GB Storage / WiFi
- LTE versions of these models are due out later on.
