The Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses were announced at Meta Connect. The original Ray-Ban Metas glasses are a hit, so it makes sense they bring it back with a few improvements. Similar to the specs of the Oakley HSTNS, the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses promise double the battery life of the gen-1 and an improvement in picture quality.
There are more than 27 shapes and colors to pick from, including the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses, including the Ray-Ban Wayfarer (Gen 2), Ray-Ban Meta Skyler (Gen 2) and Ray-Ban Meta Headliner (Gen 2).
For those of you that liked the limited-edition clear versions that were available for the first gen, now they’re introducing a Wayfarer Matte Transparent frame with two lens options: Brown Mirror Gold or Ruby. You’ll only find the Brown Mirror Gold lenses in select retail locations in limited quantities — starting in our Meta Lab Burlingame store, with more to come later this fall.
