Yuneec International has been announcing some new drones to add to their aviation family. The latest have been the Typhoon G and the Tornado H920. 

Typhoon G

The Yuneec Typhoon G is similar to the Typhoon Q500 we posted about recently. The build is the same, except that it has a holder for a GoPro camera. It has many smart features to help you control the drone. These features include Geo-Fencing, Speed Control, Dynamic Return to Home, Follow Me and Watch Me. They are built into the Typhoon G system.

Great for GoPro users, the Typhoon G comes with a New GB203 3-axis self-stabilizing gimbal is designed especially for the GoPro® Hero3 and above. The GB203 helps keep shots stabilized and smooth.  It also has real-time image transmission, which is achieved with the included MK58 digital video downlink module and can be viewed on the ST10+ ground station. Don’t forget the main safety features such as Dynamic Return Home, Low-Battery Return Home and FAA No Fly.

The Tornado H920 is the first release from the Tornado Family. This drone is designed for the professional user in mind (high level photographer). The Tornado H920 is suitable for project surveying, inspections, and of course fun filming, such as parties and sporting events.

The Tornado H920 aircraft features an ultra-lightweight carbon fiber frame, retractable landing gear, folding arms & 5-Motor failsafe mode, making it the solution of choice for professional users. The built-in capability to hold three rechargeable batteries provides consumers with a flight time of up to 42 minutes depending on payload.
