When I attended the American Dream press event on March 10th, one of the products I received was the Blendjet 2 Portable Blender. I’ve always seen ads for portable blenders online, so I was excited about getting one to review, and it did not disappoint. Extra points for coming in my favorite pink color!
What is the Blendjet 2 do?
The Blendjet 2 Portable Blender is extremely lightweight, making it perfect to use on the go. It has patented TurboJet technology that blends just about anything in 20 seconds. It’s also BPA-free, ensuring healthy consumption! All you have to do is press the button on the front, and it will automatically blend and stop on its own. For another bonus, you don’t have to hold onto the top of the blender to hold steady since it has a leak-proof lid and a durable build. All you have to do is let it work its magic! The Blendjet is also USB-C chargeable. Battery life lasts to about 15 blends and recharges pretty quickly. Once you’re finished, to clean it, all you have to do is add water and soap, then press the blend button once more to do a clean rinse.
Experience
I’ve been bringing my Blendjet 2 with me to school, and I’ve never been happier! Incorporating a morning smoothie into my day, in a way, helped me feel happier. The best part is, if I don’t finish all of my smoothies at breakfast, I can keep the rest in the blender, and drink whenever I want! That’s the luxury of having a portable blender; it’s comfortable to carry around, and you get the chance to have drinks you would otherwise have at home only. I was able to make slushies with my friends or attempt to make milkshakes. I did notice, though, when making my strawberry and banana smoothie that I had to move the blender around a bit so that it would reach chunks of banana that couldn’t blend. Other than that, I would rate my on-the-go experience a 9.5/10!
Design and Build
As I mentioned previously, one of my favorite qualities about the Blendjet I received is that it’s pink-perfect for all my pink princesses out there looking for another lovely accessory! Pink isn’t the only color it comes in, though. The Blendjet 2 blender comes in many different colors and styles, such as cheetah print, the cutest Lisa Frank design, and even a selection of Disney-themed blenders! And, of course, they have basic colors like purple, red, green, etc. Another feature I love is its carrying strap, making the blender easier to carry by hand. The build of the Blendjet is also very sturdy, made with thick plastic, so if you accidentally drop your blender, it will survive the fall–Great for the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Verdict
The blender is wonderful! I had high expectations, and the Blendjet 2 came through. I’m so pleased with this product. It has made its way into my regular routine, and I can’t wait to try making other beverages with it. For a plain-colored blender, the price ranges around $99.95 and is currently (as of April 2023) on sale for $49.95. The other designs are a bit more pricey, but it’s a great investment! I believe everyone should have a Blendjet portable blender as part of their routine.
